We commence our process by attentively listening to your brief, aiming to comprehend and integrate your lifestyle, personal taste, and aspirations into our designs. Our team of designers is committed to delivering top-tier bespoke solutions, starting with consultations, site visits, and the use of floor plans, photographs, or videos to capture the essence of the space. We take into account factors such as budget, timelines, and structural and architectural requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding before moving forward. Following the agreed-upon brief and budget, we provide a detailed cost breakdown.

Creating the Mood board

As dedicated interior design professionals, we approach each project individually, considering our client’s preferences. Our mood board serves as a visual representation to provide a professional and intimate touch to our projects. During this phase, we present imagery of custom furniture pieces, joinery, carefully curated accessories, and bespoke art for client approval. Designs will be shared with the client after payment has been made.

Mood board timeline

We will provide an estimation for the timeframe required for the creation and curation of the mood board, contingent upon the quantity of spaces slated for design and the extent of the project’s requirements. This estimate will be determined by assessing the complexity and scale of each space, as well as the specific objectives outlined for the design project. Factors such as research, ideation, client feedback incorporation, and revisions will also be taken into consideration when providing a comprehensive timeframe for the mood board design and curation process.

3D modelling

Upon approval of the mood board, clients have the option to include a 3D design for a separate charge, distinct from the project fee. This additional visual representation enhances conceptualisation, allowing clients to refine and visualise the proposed design comprehensively. The extra fee ensures precision and attention to detail in translating the envisioned project into reality, providing clients with a clearer understanding and customisation options.

Procurement Expertise

Attention to Detail and Execution

Once a timeline for the production of bespoke pieces is agreed upon, our team initiates the work and conducts regular site visits to ensure precise execution according to specifications. Clients are kept informed of the ongoing progress at this stage.
